How do I return or exchange merchandise purchased online?

If you're not completely satisfied with your YellowMan.com purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund your order, but you must contact us to receive the appropriate return authorization. If items are returned without a return authorization, handling penalties may apply. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt of our merchandise. If your return is due to personal choice, and not because of a mistake or other problem with your order, we will refund your order for the item returned and you will still be responsible for the shipping charge. If YellowMan is responsible for any problems with your order, we will refund your order for the total charge for that order.

How do I get a return authorization?

Before returning or exchanging an item, you must receive the appropriate Return Athorization or additional handling penalties may apply. To receive a Return authorization, please call Customer Service at (212) 764-2221 or send an email to returns@samuraisurfer.com and include your order number and Name in the subject line of your email.

Where do I send my Exchanges or Returns?

After you receive your return authorization, ship your items to the following address:

When can I expect a Refund or Exchange?

When the merchandise is received at the warehouse the Customer Service Department will exchange the item or credit the customers’ credit card for the amount of the merchandise returned less shipping. Penalties will apply if a return authorization is not provided with returned merchandise.
